Sanskrit

OVERVIEW:

➢ HISTORY, ROLE, AIM etc-

It was the year 1979 when Sanskrit was added to the +2 levels. Due to the demands of our college students, Sanskrit was added as an optional subject in +3 courses (2005-06). Classes are regularly taken in our department. The syllabus of the course is completed periodically. Departmental activities are also observed by the students and teachers.

The department’s purpose-

India was granted the position of Vishwaguru due to the Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Sanskrit, and Indian culture. In order to present ourselves at the international level, it is necessary to have western knowledge, computer technology, space science (astronomy), etc., but only by protecting our ancient tradition, the world can come. The path of peace is in spirituality which should be the ultimate goal of life. Therefore, the protection of Vedas, Sanskrit and Indian culture should be fully encouraged.
